Our preferred framework for front-end development is Angular JS. AngularJS is an open-source JavaScript framework developed by Google.

Our preferred framework for back-end development is Django. Django is a high-level Python web framework that is ridiculously fast, reassuringly secure, and exceedingly scalable.

Our preferred on-demand cloud services is AWS. AWS is a comprehensive, evolving cloud computing platform provided by Amazon.

Our preferred framework for devops is GIT. Git is an open-source distributed version control system .

Our preferred prototyping tools are Figma and Flutter. Figma is a collaborative design tool for building digital products. With Figma we can seamlessly design, prototype, develop, and collect feedback in a single workspace. Flutter is an open-source UI software development kit created by Google.

The Pre-Discovery Model serves as an initial assessment tool to swiftly gauge project requirements, scope, timeframe, and budgetary considerations. Commencing with a collection of Pre-Discovery Notes, we engage in collaborative analysis with the client, integrating their input with our own notes, suggestions, and recommendations. Upon validation and endorsement by the client, this folder forms the foundation for assembling a detailed project proposal. The discovery process commences with an interactive session on our shared Discovery Board, a digital toolkit facilitating structured brainstorming and iterative ideation. Subsequently, we embark on a collaborative journey to construct a comprehensive Discovery Deck, meticulously sculpting and defining the solution to address our challenge. Finally, we actualize our shared vision through the creation of a Discovery Prototype, which vividly outlines the scope, depth, and user experience of the proposed solution. .

Building upon the foundation laid in the Project Pre-Contract, established during the pre-discovery phase, we meticulously craft the Project Contract. Drawing upon the insights and refinements collaboratively honed with our client throughout the discovery process, encapsulated within the comprehensive framework of the Discovery Deck, we forge ahead with confidence. Within this contract, we formalize key aspects such as a Fixed-Price Arrangement and Project Deadline, reflecting our mutual understanding and commitment. Delving deeper, we address critical elements including Project Terms and Conditions, Payment Terms and Methods, Project Warranty, and Protocols for Changes and Modifications. Additionally, we establish agreements regarding Acceptance Delays, and address Privacy and Confidentiality concerns, ensuring alignment and clarity. With these parameters firmly in place, we proceed to meticulously craft the Project Contract, marking a pivotal moment as we prepare for project kickoff .

Armed with the invaluable insights gleaned from our exhaustive Discovery Model, we are poised to tailor an engagement model finely attuned to the unique demands of the project. Our journey begins by selecting the Project Tech Stack and by meticulously charting the Project Timeline and delineating key Project Milestones in close collaboration. Guided by the strategic directives outlined in the project's Product Roadmap, we seamlessly immerse ourselves in the dynamic currents of the project process flow. As we navigate towards key milestones, we conduct focused Release Sessions in alignment with our roadmap, ensuring each deliverable aligns with our shared vision. Upon successful deployment, as per our agreed terms with the client, we remain committed to providing ongoing Product Maintenance services and stand prepared for future involvement in the Product Evolution Roadmap, fostering a continuum of collaboration and innovation.
